Flowfinds Solutions Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

• Order data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, ordered items and total. Purpose: to perform the sales contract, deliver the goods and handle returns and complaints (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Accounting records: invoices and transaction records, kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Support emails: what you send us, kept for as long as needed to answer and for 1 year after.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website and we do not sell personal data.

Data processors

• SimplePay Zrt. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em.), card payment processing. See SimplePay's privacy information.
• Vercel Inc., website hosting (technical logs).
• The courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and phone number.

Data transfer statement (SimplePay)

I accept that the personal data stored by Flowfinds Solutions Ltd. as data controller (name, email address, billing and delivery address, telephone number, and the items and total value of the order) will be transferred to SimplePay Zrt. as data processor, for the purpose of processing the card payment, confirming the transaction and handling any subsequent complaint.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by emailing support@flowfinds-solutions.com. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or the authority in your own country.
