• Tracking: created when the courier scans the parcel; ask us any time for the tracking link.

Lithium batteries

Power stations contain a LiFePO4 battery and travel by road as regulated lithium-battery shipments. They cannot be sent by air or to PO boxes. Please give a street address where someone can receive a parcel of up to about 20 kg.

Damaged or missing parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it and email support@flowfinds-solutions.com within 7 days. We replace or refund lost and damaged shipments.
