30 days to change your mind

The EU gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days from delivery.

How to return

• Email support@flowfinds-solutions.com with your order reference and the words “I withdraw from my order” (or use the EU model withdrawal form).
• We reply with the return address and lithium-battery packing instructions.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. For change-of-mind returns the direct return shipping cost is paid by you; for faulty or wrong items we pay it.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to the card you paid with. We may hold the refund until the goods are back or you show proof of return shipment. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.

Faulty products

Faults are covered by the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity. Email us a short description or photo and we will repair, replace or refund.
