1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers and businesses with a delivery address in the European Union. The contract language is English. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, run-time estimates and technical figures are given in good faith from supplier ratings; real run times depend on the connected device, temperature and battery age. Product images are illustrative renderings of the kit format. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery within the EU is free.

3. Ordering and contract

You choose products, enter your delivery details and pay by card on the SimplePay hosted payment page. The contract is concluded when the payment is successfully authorised and the transaction ID is shown to you. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product cannot be supplied or if the price was displayed in obvious error.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by SimplePay Zrt. (OTP Mobil). We never receive or store your full card number or security code. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment and usually delivered within 1–2 days by tracked courier. See the delivery policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014). We extend this to 30 days. See the returns and refunds policy for how to withdraw, return costs and refund timing.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods (Directive (EU) 2019/771). If a product is faulty, email us with your order reference and a short description or photo; we will repair, replace or refund as the law provides.

8. Safety

Use the power station and heater as described in the supplied manual. Do not cover the heater, do not use it near water or flammable materials, and never leave it running unattended. The power station is not a certified medical power supply.

9. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to support@flowfinds-solutions.com; we reply within 5 working days and resolve within 30 days. Consumers may also contact the conciliation board of their place of residence or the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület), and the EU online dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law

Hungarian law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Flowfinds Solutions Ltd..
