2-year guarantee, handled by us

Every product we sell carries a 2-year guarantee from the day it is delivered. The seller, Flowfinds Solutions Ltd., is an EU company, and the same guarantee applies wherever we deliver. You deal with us, not with a factory abroad.

What is covered

• Manufacturing and material defects in the power station, solar panel, heaters and air conditioner.
• A station that does not charge, does not deliver its rated output, or shuts down without reason.
• A battery that loses capacity abnormally fast under normal use.
• Faulty cables, chargers and accessories delivered in the box.

What is not covered

• Damage from water, fire, falls or opening the case.
• Running devices above the rated output, or charging from unsuitable sources.
• Normal wear, scratches and the gradual capacity loss every battery has over time.

How to claim

• Email support@flowfindssolutions.com or call +36 30 891 1704 with your order reference.
• Describe the fault and add a photo or short video, for example of the display while it charges.
• We reply within one working day. Most issues are solved by phone; if not, we repair, replace or refund.
• For an accepted claim we arrange and pay the return delivery.

Your other rights

This guarantee comes on top of your 30-day right to return, described in Returns & refunds. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
